Frank Bonadio (Chief Operations Officer) Is a bioengineering graduate from the University of San Diego with over twenty years of experience across a range of surgical specialties including General Surgery, Cardiac Surgery, gynecology, Urology and Orthopaedics, He has worked in the corporate sector ( American Hospital Supplies, Endolase, Laser Surgery Software Inc, RSP laboratories) pioneering techniques in endometrial ablation for menorrhagia, hysteroscopic female sterilization, laser tissue welding, laser software development, and ultrasonic decalcification of cardiac valve replacement, among other projects. He was the manager of BioEngineering Research Centre, a joint post- graduate research and development centre at Trinity College Dublin, and Staff Researcher at the Salk Institute in San Diego, California. By Preference he has mostly worked in the SME sector.

David Garvey (Chief Financial Officer) qualified as a chartered accountant in 1991 while working for BDO Simpson Xavier in their audit division. Having qualified, he transferred to their corporate finance department where he primarily assisted clients with fund raising. He left practice to assume the role as head of finance for a group of companies with interests in property, investment and the wholesale distribution of industrial and automotive components. He Joined ASC in January 2000.

Zack Scott ( Non- Executive Director)  is a Managing Partner at Leerink Revelation Partners, a dedicated secondary investor in the healthcare space. With over $400 million of committed capital, Revelation Partners provides customized capital and liquidity solutions to healthcare investors, companies, founders, and funds. Prior to working in private equity, Dr. Scott was a General Surgery resident at Oregon Health Science University in Portland, Oregon. Dr. Scott is currently on the board of directors of Providence Medical Technologies, Respicardia and Advanced Surgical Concepts.
Dr. Scott received an MBA and a specialized certificate in Health Sector Management from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, where he was Fuqua Scholar, an MD from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, and a BA in Economics from Duke University. Dr. Scott is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society.

Frank Kenny (Non- Executive Director) has been involved in equity investing since 1983 when he co-founded InishTech Capital Fund, a small seed fund that he managed from Boston in affiliation with Burr, Egan, Deleage & Co. In 1987, he founded Beta Partners L.P., an $11million early-stage fund that he returned to Limited Partners 3.3 times their capital. Frank returned to Dublin in 1994 where he founded Delta Partners, focusing on the fast-emerging technology sector in Ireland. He has a B, Comm and M. Econ Sc. University College Dublin, and an MBA from University of Chicago.

Zeev Zehavi (Non- Executive Director) Vice president of Johnson and Johnson Development Corporation Zeev is responsible for venture capital investments in Europe and Israel. Zeev's background covers an extensive array of healthcare and healthcare-related businesses. He spent over ten years with Teva Pharmaceuticals, including a five-year assignment as President of the bulk chemical business in North America. Following the experience with Teva in the United States, Zeev returned to Israel to work for Clal Industries, one of the largest investment companies in Israel. He served as President of Clal Pharmaceutical Industries for four years.
Zeev is fluent in Hebrew, English and Arabic. He holds a BS degree from Hebrew University of Jerusalem, as well as a MBA in Marketing and Finance from Tel Aviv University
